The Eight Immortals in Drinking refer to He Zhizhang, Li Bai, Li Shizhi, Li Jing, Zhang Xu, Cui Zongzhi, Su Jin, and Jiao Sui. These people were all heavy drinkers in the prosperous Tang Dynasty.
