Heyuan Agile New Land is the third phase of Agile Garden. Agile Real Estate built its foundation in Heyuan in 2006, and has so far successfully blossomed Agile Garden Phase I, Agile Garden Phase II, Agile Grand Hyatt, Agile Garden Phase III, Agile Xindi, Agile Yubin Mansion, and Agile Jinlin Mansion. As well as the Yiyue River that is currently being developed across the river in the Linshui District of the University Town, the Agile Pearl City on the west side of the national highway, and the Agile Meiyuan in Dongyuan County.
