The story tells that Cao Zhi saw the haunting Luo Shen in a hallucination. In reality, he had a heart-to-heart connection with his brother Cao Pi’s beloved concubine Zhen Mi, but he did not dare to cross the border. Facing Cao Pi’s constant suspicion and brotherhood, The struggle for power between the two makes Cao Zhi's heart tortured; the fate of the three people constitutes this poignant and ethereal romantic dance drama.

The dance drama "Shui Yue Luo Shen" is the first dance drama musical work created by Guo Sida and produced by Zhengzhou Song and Dance Theater. Composed by Guo Sida, written by Feng Shuangbai, directed by Tong Ruirui, starring Wang Zihan, Tang Shiyi and Li Hongjun. It premiered at the Henan Art Center Grand Theater in December 2010.

"Shui Yue Luo Shen" is another new dance drama produced by Zhengzhou Song and Dance Theater based on the culture of the Central Plains after "Shaolin in the Wind". Soft and beautiful, it interprets the cultural characteristics of the Central Plains in different ways.

"Shui Yue Luo Shen" won the gold medal of the Chinese Dance "Lotus Award", the 12th "Five One Project" Outstanding Work Award for Spiritual Civilization Construction of the Central Propaganda Department, and the 14th Wenhua Award of the Ministry of Culture. It has won the "Excellent Play Award" and is a play supported by the Ministry of Culture's 2011-2012 National Stage Art Quality Project. It is known as a "beautiful business card" that showcases the rich history and culture of Zhengzhou, Henan.
