1. Therapeutic Yoga

The first one I experienced was the rare therapeutic yoga. I had rarely been exposed to yoga before, and I didn’t know much about various schools. I only saw that its regular courses include "shoulder, neck, and spine conditioning: for those who are mobile phone users, computer users, long-term desk workers, and drive all year round, you have shoulder, neck, and spine discomfort." This is exciting. , we organized three trial classes for 68 yuan, and we made an appointment at 8pm, so we could just get off work, have dinner, change clothes, and walk there.

The teacher has a small ball-shaped head and a friendly smile. Since I was the only one who made an appointment for the eight o'clock class, I enjoyed three days of private lessons. The teacher gave me a lot of help based on my personal physical condition. Learn to breathe, relax your shoulders and neck, straighten your back, and have a calm heart. There are not many postures. Inhale deeply and exhale slowly. I have not mastered internal rotation very well. Simple movements are hard. I am not as dexterous as the teacher's hands like a lotus. I tend to press my waist easily. I tend to have high and low shoulders. I have to look at my own shortcomings. , you can also pay attention to your posture when walking or sitting or lying down.

2. Ground yoga

Another yoga studio has many different courses, including Yin yoga, flow yoga and other schools. Aerial yoga also looks great. When I went that night, it was yin yoga, focusing on stretching. There are warm barley tea and nuts at the front desk. There are seven people in the small class, including young people about my age, as well as sisters and aunts who have been practicing for seven or eight years.

Yin yoga pays great attention to the sense of ritual. Everyone expresses gratitude before and after class. The slender female teacher lowers her voice and says gratitude. We can practice yoga together with soft music and slow stretching in different postures. . The first time I practiced, I was praised for my good foundation and great body flexibility. After an hour, my whole body stretched and I felt much more transparent.

3. Fitness center

I received a free personal training class in exchange for forwarding it to my circle of friends. It is a newly opened gym. It is a project to benefit the people. The equipment is very complete and new. I know it. There are still very few people. The young coach is only a senior and has had internship experience in many places. He is a sports major and we had a great conversation.

At the beginning, I used small equipment to do simple physical fitness tests. The strength of my waist, abdomen and arms was very poor, and my body was too weak. Then use some large equipment to do leg and buttock exercises, with relatively balanced strength. After two hours, my whole body was sore, and the coach helped me stretch and relax. I felt that although the amount of exercise was large, it was still very enjoyable to sweat profusely. The fitness center also has yoga classes, Latin dance classes, etc. every day. If you can insist on coming often, and different exercises target different parts of the body, mermaid lines will probably not be a problem.
