The method of rolling noodles is as follows:
Step 1, one egg and a bowl of flour.

Step 3. Add appropriate amount of water. If the weather is hot, use room temperature water; if the weather is cold, use warm water. PS: Add warm water slowly, do not add it all at once, and the flour should be dry when rolling the noodles.
