Qiqihar University has three campuses, namely the East Campus, the Middle Campus and the West Campus. The East District is the earliest community in Qida. The main building in the East District is the former General's Mansion, which should be the School of Education and Media. The entire East District has a more ancient style and is very close to Labor Lake. The concert hall and swimming pool are also nearby. The building of the Music Department looks like a piano when viewed from above.

The West District is full of men’s dormitories, track and field fields, basketball courts, gymnasiums (there are more facilities in the library), the West District Library, and the West District Canteen.

There are basketball courts in the central district, badminton courts downstairs on the princess floor, cultural palace, central district library, shopping mall, eight canteens, and several other canteens. The food court is right next to the Central District.
