Okay, let me tell you the reason. First of all, if you don’t howl when the music is muted, it means there is nothing wrong with the microphone. When the music starts, the microphone will receive the sound of playing music louder than the sound of talking and singing. Secondary amplification forms an amplification loop and produces a howling state. The simple solution is to raise the speaker box, or just try to adjust the angle so that it is not aimed at the microphone. In addition, for the equalizer audio input, the mid-range audio point should not be too high below 0 (because most of the mid-range howling will occur, but the bass will also be too loud), and the bass should not be too high. There is no problem in adding more treble audio points. That’s it, this is also my experience in performing for many years, hehe.
