Music does not have semantic meaning, so music cannot directly convey ideas and concepts.
Music itself is a language unique to human beings. It cannot be seen or touched. It can only be understood but cannot be expressed in words. It is non-semantic. It is different from the intuitive reflection of the objective world like painting, modeling, and sculpture. Instead, it uses melody, rhythm, harmony, and timbre as the basic means of expression to stimulate people's auditory organs through sound.
This allows people to associate and imagine in their minds and obtain auditory images. In music aesthetics, this kind of imagination and thinking radiates to the maximum extent and in multiple directions, so it has vague and non-semantic characteristics. Non-semanticity in music is compared to language, which is our conventional meaning.

Types of music
1. House: House music is a type of electronic music. The earliest house music originated in the United States in the early to mid-1980s. Following the dance music developed from DISCO, a record by the German electronic band Kraftwerk was mixed with the regular rhythm of electronic drums and black blues singing. 2. Folk songs: refer to songs with their own national style and characteristics created by each nation in ancient or modern times. They are traditional songs of the working people of each nation. The ancestors of every nation have their own songs that have existed since ancient times. Most of these songs do not know who the author is, but they are passed down orally, from one person to another, from one generation to the next.
