Li Jingbo, male, Han nationality, born in Jiaocheng, Shanxi Province in 1948, is a national first-level composer and a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from the composition class of the Art Department of Shanxi University in 1982 and graduated from the composition department of the China Correspondence Conservatory of Music in 1989. He is currently a composer for the Jin Opera Troupe in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. He is also a part-time vice chairman of the Hohhot Music Association and a member of the Chinese Drama Association. Li Jingbo has devoted himself to the creation, research and reform of Jin opera music for decades. In the 1980s, he developed the "Zhuanzhuan tune", a genre of Shanxi opera's danxiang tune. The music creation principle of "Zhuanzhuanqiang" is based on traditional opera arrangement, combined with the creative techniques of theoretical composition. At the same time, in terms of singing and vocalization, it integrates opera, folk songs, bel canto, and popular singing into one. It maintains a strong traditional style and has distinctive characteristics of the times. Through the wonderful singing of Jin opera actor Song Zhuanzhuan, this kind of singing has won the approval of experts in the domestic drama industry and the favor of the general audience, and it once became popular in the domestic theater circle. "Zhuan Zhuan Tune" has "established a family" in Jin Opera Garden, which has promoted the development of Jin Opera music. Many media have spoken highly of "Zhuan Zhuan Tune". Li Chao, chairman of the China Ethnic Ethnic Drama Association, wrote an inscription for Li Jingbo, praising him as "Bo Ya's rhyme and sub-qi rhyme, the new tune of Jin Opera is the voice of the times". At the same time, Li Jingbo also made bold reforms and innovations in the formation and orchestration of the Jin Opera band. He rationally and economically added Chinese, Western, electric and other musical instruments to the traditional opera band to form a four-combination small Jin Opera band. And develop a suitable orchestration model. This kind of band is not large but effective, suitable for grassroots performances. Through years of artistic practice, Li Jingbo gradually formed his own unique musical style and enjoyed a certain reputation in the Shanxi opera industry. In the early 1990s, he composed music for the plays of the 2nd Chinese Drama Festival and the 8th Chinese Drama Plum Blossom Awards (performed by Hohhot Jin Opera Troupe) and the 9th Chinese Drama Plum Blossom Awards (performed by Datong Jin Opera Troupe) respectively, and successfully Created a large-scale Shanxi opera concert "Song Zhuanzhuan Special Concert" with rich content, lively form and novel concept.
The Jin opera in Inner Mongolia must have the characteristics of the regional culture beyond the Great Wall. After Li Jingbo was transferred from Shanxi to work in the Hohhot Jin Opera Troupe in 1988, he began to create a grassland Jin opera brand. He studied Mongolian music assiduously, studied Mongolian history and culture, and organically integrated Mongolian music elements into Jin opera music, forming a grassland Jin opera that is more bold, rough and exciting than Shanxi Jin opera and full of beyond-the-wall style. Mongolia The Jin opera "Manduhai" with ethnic historical themes is its typical masterpiece. The music of the "Manchu" drama absorbs a large number of Mongolian music elements without losing tradition. The singing skillfully incorporates long tunes and humai, and the band reasonably adds Mongolian national instruments such as the matouqur, Sihu, and dasanxian. It has become a local opera in Inner Mongolia that is different from Shanxi Jin opera. Experts call it the grassland Jin opera brand. This play participated in the selection of the 9th China Drama Festival and the Chinese Drama Plum Blossom Award, and applied for the 2006 National "Five Ones" Project. During the 60th anniversary of the autonomous region, it was once again staged on the capital stage as a gift program.
In recent years, digital technology has entered various fields. Li Jingbo has widely used computer music technology in opera music. He produced MIDI sound sources for traditional musical instruments (four major pieces, percussion) in Jin Opera. The sampled timbre further enriches the expressiveness of Jin Opera music and strengthens the sense of the times of Jin Opera music.

Many works have been broadcast on central, provincial and municipal radio and television stations many times, and some outstanding works have been published. Records, tapes, CDs, books.
