2023 Hengshui College tuition fees: There are different standards for general majors such as 4600, 4900, 5060, and 5390 yuan/student/year. With the approval of the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Department of Finance, and Department of Education, our school is a pilot university for the credit system charging reform and implements credit system charging. The total tuition fees for each major are converted into professional tuition fees and credit-based tuition fees according to the academic year charging standards of the major. The total tuition fees paid by students who normally (excluding re-study) complete the minimum credits required for graduation in the major major shall not be higher than the total tuition fees based on the academic year system.

Our school’s credit system charges professional tuition and credit-based tuition based on the annual advance payment model. Before graduation, adjustments will be made based on the actual credits earned. In accordance with the fee standards uniformly approved by the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the tuition fees charged in advance for each academic year are as follows:

1. Advantage undergraduate majors: preschool education, Chinese language and literature, Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, and financial management majors. Tuition fees per student per year 5,060 yuan; tuition fees for English, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, Computer Science and Technology, and Translation majors are 5,390 yuan per student per year.

2. The tuition fee for other undergraduate majors in economics, law, education (except physical education), literature (except foreign languages ??and literature), and management is 4,600 yuan per student per year.

3. The tuition fee for other undergraduate majors in science, engineering, and agriculture is 4,900 yuan per student per year.

4. The tuition fee for undergraduate art majors (excluding Sino-foreign cooperative education majors) and physical education majors is 8,000 yuan per student per year.

5. Fees for Sino-foreign cooperative education majors: Musicology (Sino-foreign cooperative education) and music performance (Sino-foreign cooperative education) majors are charged on an academic year basis. The tuition fee is 50,000 yuan per student per year; the Mathematics and Applied Mathematics (Sino-foreign cooperative education) major is charged on an academic year basis. The tuition fee is 29,000 yuan per domestic student per year and 7,747.5 U.S. dollars per foreign student per year, which is converted to RMB 51,908.25 yuan based on the exchange rate of 6.7 yuan/USD.
