1. Yin Xiumei was born in Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province in January 1956. Her ancestral home is Pingyin, Shandong Province. She is a female singer and soprano in Mainland China. She is a national first-class actress, a representative of the National People's Congress, and a national youth singer. Member of the Standing Committee of the Federation, executive member of the All-China Women's Federation, and director of the Chinese Musicians Association. Member of the 10th National Committee of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles. Graduated from the Opera Department of the Central Conservatory of Music in 1983.
