Seven scales for homemade water cups:
1. Props preparation: 8 glasses, a chopstick and a bottle of water.
2. The original sound of the cup (empty cup) is the highest pitch, or the sound when the cup is filled with the most water is the lowest pitch.
3. Based on the highest pitch or lowest pitch, increase or decrease the amount of water in the remaining cups to create a scale.
4. If the water volume between a scale is 10 ml, then the water volume interval between 1-2, 2-3, 4-5, 5-6 and 6-7 is 20 ml, and 3-4 , between 7-ⅰ is 10 ml, so you can make the basic water glass scale. By analogy, the water volume for one scale interval can be positioned at 20 ml, 30 ml, etc.
Tips:
Be sure to add water little by little, tap the glass with chopsticks frequently, and increase or decrease the amount of water in time.
Try to adjust the sound of each cup as accurately as possible, so that the performance will be better!
