You can use PR software on your computer to create it.

1. First, open PR on your computer, then import material pictures on the project panel, and drag them to the timeline.

2. Then choose to import a piece of music in MP3 format, add it, and drag it to the timeline.

3. Now you have picture music. If you want to add some effects to the video, just select some video transition effects in the drop-down list of the effects and add them to the junction between the pictures.

4. If you want to add text to the picture, select the text tool and enter the required text on the picture.

5. After the simple settings are completed, you can select the export media in the file drop-down list.

6. Select the export format as H.264 to export. The output is saved to a location.

7. The last file viewed is in MP4 format. The sending mobile phone can also be viewed.
