Cancel automatic renewal of NetEase Cloud Music membership, specific operation steps on Android As follows:

1. First, open the NetEase Cloud Music application on your Android phone and click on the three horizontal icons in the upper left corner, as shown in the figure below.

2. Then, after clicking on the pop-up window page, in the left window, click on the member's picture to enter the member center, as shown in the figure below.

3. Next, in the pop-up window page, in the member center, we click on the member logo behind the nickname, as shown in the figure below.

4. Then, after clicking, select the automatic renewal management option in the My VIP interface, as shown in the figure below.

5. Next, in the pop-up window page, after entering automatic renewal management, you can see the status of automatic renewal, click to turn off automatic renewal, as shown in the figure below.

6. Then, after clicking, in the pop-up window, click the OK option, as shown in the figure below.

7. Finally, after confirmation, the page prompts that automatic renewal is turned off. You can cancel automatic renewal, as shown in the figure below.

Notes:

1. If automatic renewal is not turned off, charges will be automatically deducted one day before each month's expiration.

2. You can turn on or off automatic renewal at any time before the membership expires. After it is turned off, automatic renewal will no longer be deducted.

3. If you want to turn on automatic renewal again, just go to Manage Automatic Renewal and click Turn on automatic renewal.
