According to the membership regulations of the Chinese Musicians Association: Personnel related to music education and mass music work, editing, and translation can apply to join the Musicians Association.

1. Music educators who are engaged in music education in professional art colleges, have professional and technical titles of associate senior or above in related majors, have made great contributions and influence in teaching, and have been recognized by recommending units.

2. Mass music activity organizers who have been engaged in mass music work for many years, have outstanding achievements and have great social influence, or have associate senior or above professional titles in related majors, and have been recognized by recommending units.
