Method 1: Use the control insertion method

Note: When filling in the video URL, you need to fill in the file suffix .swf. In addition, select "Embed video" to include the flash animation into the ppt file. When copying the ppt, you do not need to copy the animation file. When the ppt is copied or moved to another computer, the flash can still be displayed normally. If "Embed video" is not selected, you need to copy the animation file and ppt file at the same time, and modify the video URL path. Otherwise, a white frame will appear at the animation position and the animation will not display properly. The author recommends selecting "Embed Video". It can run normally even if the flash player is not installed on the computer.

Advantages: 1) No need to install flash player; 2) Select "Embed video" in the dialog box shown in Figure 6, then the animation file and ppt file can be combined into one, and they do not need to be copied separately Copy animation files without modifying the path.

Method 2: Use the object insertion method
1. Create a new presentation after starting PowerPoint;
2. On the page where you need to insert the Flash animation Click "Insert - Object" on the menu bar, as shown in Figure 7. The Insert Object dialog box appears, click "Create from File - Browse", select the Flash animation file to be inserted, and then confirm, as shown in Figure 8;
3. On the icon where the Flash animation has just been inserted, Right-click the mouse to open the shortcut menu and select "Action Settings", as shown in Figure 9. The Action Settings dialog box appears. You can select "Click Mouse" or "Mouse Over". Select "Activate Content" in the "Object Action" item. , click OK, as shown in Figure 10.
Select the "Slide Show → Watch Show" command, and when you move the mouse over the Flash object, you can demonstrate the Flash animation, and the embedded Flash animation can maintain its function and the button is still valid. Note: When the ppt file inserted into the flash animation using this method is played, the flash player software (Adobe Flash Player) is started to complete the animation playback, so a flash player must be installed on the computer to run normally.
Advantages: The animation file and the ppt file are integrated. When the ppt file is moved or copied, there is no need to move or copy the animation file at the same time, and there is no need to change the path.
Disadvantages: Playback requires a flash player installed on the computer.
Method 3: Use hyperlinks to insert flash animations
1. Start PowerPoint and create a new presentation;
2. Insert a flash animation on the slide page Images or text are used to edit hyperlinks. In this example we insert a circle.
3. Right-click the "circle" and select "Edit Hyperlink" to enter the hyperlink editing window, as shown in Figure 11. Enter the flash animation file address in the editing window, and finally click OK, as shown in Figure 12.

Note: There are three points to note when inserting animations using hyperlinks: 1) Changing the name or storage location of the animation file will cause the hyperlink to "cannot open the specified file".
The solution is to copy the animation file together with the file and re-edit the hyperlink. 2) When the ppt is playing, click the hyperlink and the following window will pop up, as shown in Figure 13. Advantages: Simple operation
Disadvantages: Since ppt and animation files are linked, during the process of copying or moving the ppt file, the animation file must be copied and moved at the same time, and the link must be changed. path. After inserting the video file into the slide using this method, PowerPoint only provides simple [Pause] and [Resume Play] controls, but no other more operation buttons to choose from. Therefore, this method is especially suitable for PowerPoint beginners. The following are the specific steps: 1. Run the PowerPoint program and open the slide that needs to insert a video file. 2. Move the mouse to the menu bar, click the "Insert" option there, and execute the "Insert Movie File" command from the open drop-down menu. 3. In the file selection dialog box that pops up, select the video file prepared in advance and click the [Add] button to insert the video file into the slide. 4. Use the mouse to select the video file and move it to the appropriate position, then directly click the [Play] button to play the video according to the prompts on the screen, or select the automatic play mode. 5.
