If the phone cannot play music, please follow the steps below:
1. Play the music that comes with the phone and see if it can be played normally.
2. Settings-(More)-Application Manager-All-Select Music Player (Samsung Milk Music)-Clear Data.
3. Please confirm whether the music is in a format supported by the player.
4. Please download and install a third-party music player to try. The decoding method may be different.
6. If it doesn’t work, please back up important data (contacts, text messages, photos, etc.) and try restoring the phone to factory settings.
