Memory of Changyu Dongtian in Wenling

One day during the winter vacation, my parents took us to visit Changyu Dongtian in Wenling.

After driving for about two hours, we finally arrived at Changyu Dongtian Scenic Area. Looking up, I saw the four characters "Changyu Cave" standing on a huge gray-black stone tablet. I couldn't help but wonder, how could this cave be the "cave" next to the stone character? Later, after listening to my father's explanation, I learned that it turned out to be a scenic spot composed of more than a hundred large and small rock caves. The "dong" was used to emphasize the number of rocks.

Among the many landscapes in Changyu Dongtian, my favorite is Guanxidong. Guanxidong is a group of artificial stone caves. Holes are connected to holes, holes are within holes, and a series of large and small holes are combined into one.

The entrance of Guanxidong is small and the bottom is spacious. We followed the flow of people up the stairs, and the first thing we saw was a Maitreya Buddha, smiling at us as if to welcome us. We stepped onto a nine-curved bridge, and red carps were swimming freely in the pool under the bridge. The scene was very spectacular.

Continuing to walk further, we came to the dreamlike "Utopia": the rushing stream poured down from the sky, like thousands of shining silver chains, forming a solid blue at the foot of the mountain. The water in the pool is thrown upward, looking like thousands of white lotus flowers in full bloom, which is extremely beautiful. A large, red word "wine" is carved on the stone wall beside the pool, which adds to the infinite scenery.

After walking a few more steps, we came to a large cave with many chairs, which can accommodate thousands of people, and a stage for performances. This is Changyu Cave Sky. The only natural concert hall. There is no performance equipment here, and the performances are performed four times a day relying on the natural echo in the cave. It is said that this concert hall once entered the Guinness Book of Records for hosting a concert without amplification equipment. When we arrived, it was just in time for the third concert. The "concert hall" was already packed with people and all seats were occupied. We had to stand in the last row. Although we couldn't see the performers on the stage, we could still hear the unique sounds of nature. sound.

After the performance, I was still immersed in the wonderful artistic conception. My sister pulled my clothes and I realized that the crowd had already dispersed, so we continued walking up the stairs, Shi Qian Dripping water, net wells, large stone bowls with turtles, etc., are all presented in front of you.

Finally climbed to the top of the cave, and saw many Avalokitesvara statues carved on the nearby stone walls: Nanhai Avalokitesvara, Boy Avalokitesvara, Sending Avalokitesvara..., all of them lifelike and lifelike.

This tour really broadened my horizons, and the beautiful scenery of Changyu Dongtian was deeply imprinted in my heart.
