Zhou Peng, formerly known as Zhou Peng, was born on June 2, 1983 in Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province. He is a pop singer in Mainland China, a member of the Chinese Musicians Association, and a member of the Chinese Popular Musicians Association.

Zhou Peng has won the love of the public with his unique music style, positive and healthy image, affinity and on-site appeal. In his spare time, Zhou Peng has been committed to promoting Shangluo’s external image. His works express his affection and love for his hometown, and also amplify Qinling's external influence from another aspect.

In 2002, he won the "Gold Medal" in the 10th National Staff Singer Competition.
