Zhang Dan is Deng Ziqi’s former agent.
Zhang Dan is the founder and manager of Hummingbird Music Co., Ltd., and is also Deng Ziqi’s former manager. His father, Zhang Renqiang, was originally from Fujian. He studied under Qian Zhongshu at Beijing Normal University in his early years, and then went to Hong Kong alone to develop his career. He once worked for tycoons such as Ho Hongshen and Tang Junnian, handling company listings or mergers and acquisitions.
Zhang Dan came from a privileged family since he was a child. His family originally hoped that he and his brother Zhang Huang would study finance and finance respectively and take over the family business in the future. But after Zhang Dan graduated from university, he went to Japan to study music for three months, and then went to the United States to study music for a year and a half.
