Generally, you study for 2 years, and you don't need a letter of recommendation. However, you only have three opportunities to review the exam, and the interval between each time should not be less than 3 months. If you fail three times, you will never be able to study in Germany.
1. Application time:
Summer semester entrance examination: February-March and April, and the deadline for registration is generally December 1st of the previous year (different universities).
winter semester entrance examination: June-July, October, and the deadline for registration is generally April 1st (different universities).
2. Postgraduate application requirements of the German Conservatory of Music:
Students can apply for graduate students of relevant majors of the German Conservatory of Music when they are in their senior year. If they are accepted, their university diplomas and degree certificates can be supplemented before the start of classes in October.
Examination requirements
1. Professional live performance: No matter piano or musical instrument, you need to prepare etudes, Bach, Mozart (or other classical music), and two pieces of music with different periods. Different conservatories will have different requirements, but generally speaking, the difference will not be great. Bach and Mozart (or Beethoven and other famous composers in the classical period) must be listened to.
2. Training of sound discrimination and written examination of music theory: The contents of the examination of music theory are introduced in official website of all conservatories. Some conservatories of music provide mock examination questions on the school website so that candidates can prepare for the professional subject examination.
What to know about applying for studying in Germany
1. High school students can't apply
Students who are studying in high schools, if they want to go to German universities, they must finish the college entrance examination and study in domestic universities, that is, they must finish their undergraduate studies in universities for more than three semesters before they can apply. Otherwise, even if you have graduated from high school, you are not qualified to study in these universities. Moreover, after the establishment of the audit department in China, it is completely impossible for high school students to apply for these schools. As for junior college students, two-year junior college students are not recognized unless they are three-year junior college students, and even if they study, they have to start from the preparatory course. Germany has strict requirements for academic qualifications, and compared with any foreign university, their thresholds are much higher.
2. Have a grammar foundation
Many students learn German only after they arrive in Germany, and it is often difficult to correct their accents, even making their German conflict with their daily use. Therefore, students have to complete the German exam before entering the school. Therefore, students learn German grammar in China first, and then continue to study in language schools after accumulating some foundations. At that time, students could learn about the contents of textbooks by self-study and improve their listening and speaking ability through in-depth contact with local people, so as to pass the college German exam in a short time.
3. Don't change your major
German public schools are tuition-free, and because of the fine-tuning of their visa policies, there are more humanized residence procedures, which also makes Germany gradually show its advantages in studying abroad.
4. Matching degree of majors studied
It is necessary to apply for the university here. If your matching degree is above 9%, you can basically apply directly. If it is less than this number, it depends on other hardware conditions, such as whether domestic universities are 211 or not, and whether the average score of universities exceeds 8.
5. Language is the highlight
(1)DSH is one of the German exams. This exam requires students to complete the school application and get approval from all sides before going to Germany. However, no matter whether the students' German is good or not, they have to stay in Germany for one year. In this year, they need to learn German and then take the DSH exam. If they can pass this exam, they can go directly to college. If not, they have to go back to China to complete the formalities according to the procedures.
(2) Telford. It can be tested in China, basically in many big cities, and it is the same. As long as you can pass the exam, you can go directly to study. But it is more difficult to test.
