On October 3, 2015, with the care and guidance of Huainan Tourism Bureau, Huainan Tourism Association and other units, the third Huainan Bonfire Tent Festival was successfully held in Quanshan Lake. The event attracted nearly a thousand citizens from local and surrounding cities. Using music festivals and camping as media, it integrates tourism and leisure, cultural entertainment, and outdoor sports. The event was initiated and organized by the well-known local self-media "Huainan Gang" and included a variety of offline activities such as camping, tug-of-war competitions, live music, camp bonfire carnivals, etc. It was also supported by novel methods such as online registration and online publicity to vigorously promote Huainan Tourism and regional culture. Up to now, this event has been successfully held for three times in Huainan area, forming a strong reputation in Huainan and surrounding areas. It has become a large-scale cultural festival second only to the Tofu Culture Festival.
