Breastfeeding tips:
1. Learn the correct manual expression method to avoid breast pain and damage caused by improper operation.
2. During breastfeeding, mothers should wear appropriate cotton bras to support the breasts and improve blood circulation.
3. Do not let the baby suck on the bottle or nipple to avoid confusion with the nipple. If you need to give him some other food, try to use a spoon.
4. Only feed your baby breast milk and avoid all complementary foods: boiled water and juice. If he must eat formula for a while, he should eat as little as possible.
5. Drink more liquid food and eat more nutritionally balanced foods. Before each feeding, drink a glass of water or juice.
6. Get enough rest and relaxation, ensure adequate sleep, relax your mind, and avoid anxiety and impatience. These can quickly increase breast milk production. Taking a nap with your baby, taking a hot bath, listening to music, and doing some exercise will be good for both you and your baby.
