Wang Peiyu’s husband is not Shu Yue:
Wang Peiyu (March 4, 1978-), was born in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, graduated from the Performing Arts School of Shanghai Normal University, Mainland China Peking opera actress.
In 1992, he was admitted to the Shanghai Opera School to specialize in the old student profession.
Since 1994, he has won first prizes in four national children's Peking Opera competitions: "Xinmiao Cup", "Baosteel Cup", "Liyuan Cup" and "Landao Cup".
In 1999, he was admitted to the School of Performing Arts of Shanghai Normal University. In 2001, he joined the Shanghai Peking Opera Theater; in the same year, he won the Best Performance Award (Old Student Group) in the CCTV National Youth Peking Opera Actors Television Competition.
In 2002, he won the "Protagonist Award at the 13th Magnolia Drama Awards" for his performance in the Peking Opera "Ask the Woodcutter: Beat the Stick Out of the Box".
In 2011, he won the "25th Chinese Drama Plum Blossom Award".
In 2013, he won the "Outstanding Literary and Art Worker of the Year Award" at the Shanghai Literary Creation and Major Cultural Events Award Ceremony.
In 2018, he was elected as a representative of the 15th Shanghai People’s Congress; in the same year, he won the title of “National Upward-looking Youth”.
In 2019, he participated in the 2019 China Central Radio and Television Station Spring Festival Gala; in the same year, he was elected as the "China Intangible Cultural Heritage Person of the Year".
In 2020, participate in the 2020 China Central Radio and Television Station Spring Festival Gala.
On April 23, 2021, with "Youth Journey", he won the Best Cross-border Golden Song at the 2019-2020 NetEase Cloud Music Original Ceremony at Hard Court Night.
