The development of Shenyang Radio Station:

Shenyang is one of the earliest cities in my country to establish a radio station. Shenyang Radio was established in August 1945. From 1954 to 1976, Shenyang Terrace merged with the provincial station. After 1976, it was reclassified to Shenyang City. At that time, there were two sets of frequencies of 792,000 Hz, 882 kHz.

Since 1988, Shenyang Radio has successively launched news broadcasting, economic broadcasting, arts broadcasting, traffic broadcasting, sports and leisure broadcasting, and urban broadcasting, forming a series of station patterns. Currently, Shenyang has 6 sets of programs and 9 frequencies officially approved by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television, broadcasting 144 hours of radio programs throughout the day.
