Since he started working in October 1970, this comrade has been working as an example for more than 30 years and has cultivated countless outstanding literary and artistic talents. The students she taught have won many awards in national and provincial professional competitions. Among them, Sun Ye not only won awards in the professional group of the National Folk Music Competition, but was also one of the city's three best students and an outstanding Communist Party member. Eight of the young teachers she mentored won provincial and municipal quality course awards. In line with the society's demand for talents, she has successively created four new professional disciplines, compiled millions of words of teaching materials, and four practical textbooks, making the school's teaching quality and school running level at the forefront of similar schools inside and outside the province.

She completed her undergraduate studies through self-study and independently composed more than 20 musical works. Among them, "Celebration" and "Yellow Sea Caprice" have been broadcast on central, provincial and municipal radio and television stations; "Barcarolle", "Midnight Couple", "Mute Girl Complaint", etc. have been made into discs and tapes by Chinese record companies; After "Huaihe River" won the "Tianyun Cup" Creation Award of the Chinese Pipa Research Association, it was published by the People's Music Publishing House as one of the teaching materials for music academies across the country. Participated in the music design teaching plays "The Golden Palace to Recognize a Child" and "The Three Crying Palaces" and won first and second prizes at the national and provincial levels. She has written nearly 40 academic papers and books, among which "Music Teaching and Aesthetic Education" was included in the "World Contemporary Excellent Teaching Papers? China Volume"; "Music Style and National Culture" won the Second International Chinese Teaching Outstanding Paper Gold Cup Award; "The Ambiguity of Musical Art" and "Thoughts on the "Fashion and Trend" of Modern Opera Music" were published as pioneering articles in the field and were republished by the Book and Newspaper Information Center of Renmin University of China; the book "Music Idiom Stories" was published by Malaysia's "New Century" "Collected by the college library; she was invited to attend international and domestic academic seminars, read papers and express opinions, and was highly praised by experts and scholars at home and abroad. Jiangsu Provincial Musicians Association, Yancheng Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Yancheng City Cultural Bureau jointly organized the "Symposium on Jiang Wanqiu's Music Research Results and Works."

She dedicated herself without any regrets. She served as artistic director, guide, composer, conductor and organizer of provincial and municipal government theatrical performances for many times. She actively participated in various public welfare activities and worked tirelessly to teach and teach. Artists have traveled to industrial and mining, rural areas, military camps, nursing homes, labor camps and other places, making outstanding contributions to the education, art and economic construction of the motherland.
