3. Recruitment conditions and requirements

(1) Applicants must meet the following conditions:

4. Recruitment methods and procedures

Recruitment is conducted through a unified examination, which is divided into written examination and trial lecture. The total score of the exam is calculated based on the ratio of written test score accounting for 50% and trial lecture score accounting for 50%.

(2) Registration

Applicants should bring their ID card and examination fee receipt to the registration point from 16:00 to 18:00 on September 5, 2008 to collect the admission ticket. No waiting will be done after the expiration date.

The ratio of the number of applicants for each recruitment position to the number of people to be recruited is not less than 3:1. (3) Written test

The written test will be held on September 7. The main content is: educational theory, educational regulations and related professional knowledge, with a full score of 100 points for each subject. After the written examination, the candidates who will participate in the trial lectures will be determined from high scores to low scores according to the ratio of 1:3 for each recruitment position. The results of the written examination will be announced at the registration point on September 11.

Full-time regular college graduates with a bachelor’s degree or above in corresponding majors are exempt from the written test and can directly enter the trial class based on their scores in the written test of the major in the school they applied for.

College students who pass the "Three Supports and One Assistance" service period in our province will enjoy the corresponding bonus point policy. Applicants who intend to take advantage of the bonus point policy are required to submit the originals and copies of relevant certificates when registering. Overdue applications will no longer be accepted.

(4) Trial lecture

The trial lecture focuses on examining education and teaching skills, with a full score of 100 points. Details of trial lectures will be notified later.

(5) Physical examination and assessment

Based on the total test score (the total test score is: written test score × 50 + trial lecture score × 50), recruitment will be based on each category from high score to low score The ratio of the number of people employed in the position is 1:1.2 (when the calculation result is not an integer, the integer part is added by 1) to determine the candidates for the physical examination.
