At the Guizhou Province Tourism Industrialization Promotion Conference held in June 2021, Li Bingjun, the governor of Guizhou Province, clearly pointed out that we must adhere to the market-oriented direction, adhere to classified policies, and deal with the easy ones one by one before the difficult ones.
Industry insiders believe that highlighting market-oriented promotion is an effective way to revitalize idle projects. Professional market entities can be introduced for operation and management, and the level of development, operation, marketing, and internal management of scenic spots can be quickly improved to achieve maximum risk sharing and maximum sharing of benefits.

Lu Guoping, executive manager of Wujiangzhai International Tourism Resort, said that thanks to the government's campaign to revitalize idle projects, the scenic spot has been "resurrected" in a short period of time. The renovated scenic spot opened for trial operation on February 1 this year. It received 56,000 tourists in 6 days and achieved revenue of 5.1115 million yuan.
Today, Wujiangzhai is adhering to the concept of "life-saving thinking", planning and building 12 block formats along the Wujiangzhai ecological landscape belt, and is committed to creating a village ecology in northern Guizhou with "folk residences, folk customs, and folk food" Cultural highlights, and strive to become a new brand of tourism and vacation in Guizhou.
There are still many practices in various parts of Guizhou to actively revitalize inefficient cultural tourism projects.
Since 2021, Zunyi City has classified the revitalization list into a book to guide and assist local governments in formulating disposal plans, carrying out investment promotion, reporting for use of funds, etc., and strengthening supervision and inspection according to time nodes to ensure that various deployments Implementation. Introducing capital to enrich business formats

It is understood that Panjiang Cultural Park was transformed from the original site of Panjiang Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. The Panzhou Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government and Panjiang Clean Coal Company jointly invested nearly 200 million yuan to jointly promote the transformation of old industrial parks into treasures.

At the 2022 Guizhou Provincial Culture and Tourism Work Conference, Guizhou proposed: strive for a contract investment of more than 90 billion yuan in contracted projects throughout the year, and a cumulative disbursement of more than 60 billion yuan; actively strive for local government special bonds, provincial modern service industry special funds and other policies Financial support; optimize the library of key cultural and tourism projects, and complete tourism investment of more than 100 billion yuan throughout the year.
