To be honest, ever since I experienced the new car console of the GKUI system at the research meeting, I have been attracted by the new car console’s numerous functions, convenient use, and one-step-ahead design. The new car console has added a lot of new content, such as: app store. You can download and use your favorite video or music player software there. This is not available on the 16 old cars. Similarly, 16 old car models use 3G network signals. Although it was already the mainstream configuration of cars in 2016, with the development of the times and the update of the network era, the 4G network era leads the trend and the 5G network era has arrived. . Later, Boyue's 18 and later models were equipped with 4G network as standard, which made us, owners of the 16 models, extremely envious. Now I can finally use the new GKUI system Boyue’s aftermarket machine. The new car machine we replaced this time has many functions, which are all shown in the pictures below. The installation of the new car machine is quite fast. The old car machine is composed of a host and a screen. The new car machine is much simpler and is an all-in-one machine, but its functions are much more powerful than the original one. It only takes about forty or fifty minutes from the beginning of dismantling the old car engine to the installation of the new car engine. As soon as the master who replaced my car engine got started, I saw that he was an experienced master, even though he was young. However, you need to update the system after installation, which takes a lot of time, probably more than an hour. After the new car was installed, the system that was tested for the first update was 6.4. After the installation, the technical worker looked at it and said: The latest system now is 7.3. The vehicle-machine system has been added to run stably, which is very good. After everything is installed in the new car, the first step is to undergo real-name authentication. This real-name authentication requires the front and back of the car owner's or driver's ID card and a photo of the ID card in hand, which must be uploaded. Riders who go to exchange cars in the future remember to bring their ID cards. (This real-name authentication does not matter whether the car owner is a car owner or not) After installing the new Boyue GKUI system on the new car machine, I experienced it. Compared with the 16 car machines, it has more functions and runs faster. After switching to 4 networks, it can be played online. Music and videos no longer need to wait for caching. In short, there are still many advantages. The shortcoming is that when I turn on the phone for the first time, I personally feel that it is a bit slower than the 16-year-old car phone. However, after booting, everything runs faster and smoother than the 16-year-old car phone. Think about the fact that there are many items that need to be loaded when a new car is just started, so it is normal for it to start slower. The first highlight: The new car uses the E01 chipset, which runs very fast and has much higher processing performance. The second highlight: the application store has been added, and a lot of software has also been added. For example: there are Kugou Music, National Karaoke, Kuwo Music, Aiquting, Tencent News, Tencent Video, QQ Music. If you don’t want to use Amap, you can also download Baidu Map in the store. Giving you more choices, more software will be added in the future. This is really great. The third highlight: The car-to-machine network has also changed from 3G to 4G network. You no longer have to wait to listen to music and watch videos online. I’m happy. By the way, since the 18-year-old Boyue came with its own 4G network, we old car owners have been jealous, and we have been thinking about when our cars will also be able to use 4G network. Now it’s happened, haha. But don’t be too happy. The 4G network only has 2 gigabytes of traffic per month, but it is enough for listening to music. Of course, if this is not enough for some fashionistas, there are also data packages that individuals can choose to purchase at any time.

The fourth highlight: After changing the car machine, the smart voice aspect has also changed slightly, but it is also smarter. The original one changed from "Hello, Boyue" to "Hello, Geely". The new intelligent voice system operates faster. You can continuously give him commands, instead of waiting for her to execute one command before giving another command. The new intelligent voice system will also learn by itself based on your personal habits, and will become more and more fun and smarter. She will continue to bring you joy and surprises. The fifth highlight: What I like most is that the new car machine supports DTS sound effects. After installing the new car machine and listening for a while, I feel that the sound quality is much thicker and the texture is much stronger than before. But for professionals, there is still a lot to be desired. The sixth highlight: The screen resolution of the new car has been greatly improved, and high-definition movies and exciting videos can also be enjoyed at will. At present, I have found the following shortcomings: The first shortcoming is: the 360 ??panoramic image looks blurry than the original one. After I asked the technical staff, I found out that the original camera installed on our 16-model car was 300,000 pixels. The screen resolution has increased, and the requirements for the picture also need to be of high quality, so that the picture will look more delicate. The original camera's pixels cannot reach that level. The 18 Boyue models are equipped with megapixel cameras, so the 360 ??panoramic images of the 18 models and the 2020 models look extremely clear. If we replace the camera with a million-level camera, this problem will be solved. Haha, I was overthinking it. Although the panoramic image is not very clear, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages when watching videos on the car, especially now that you can watch Tencent videos anytime and anywhere, and the images are much more detailed and clear than before. The second shortcoming is that every time I turn on the vehicle's main unit, I want to continue listening to the program I listened to last time, but as soon as I turn it on, I have to find it again before I can continue listening (storytelling). If it is a separate song, then Just add it to your favorites. Once Storytelling is added to your favorites, you only have the episode you added. To be honest, I only experienced the above for four or five days, which was not a long time. In short, there are many functions of new cars that I haven’t discovered yet.
