Chicken Breast Method:
Ingredients required: chicken breast, garlic, black peppercorns, oyster sauce, light soy sauce.
1. Rinse the chicken breast with water, place it on the chopping board, and cut it into slices against the grain. Do not cut it too thin, leaving a little thickness.
