Ode to the Yellow River is the lyrics of the second movement of The Yellow River Cantata, a musical work, and can also be read as a modern poem reflecting the theme of resisting Japan and saving the nation. This poem shapes the image of the Yellow River in the form of a warm ode. It is easy to understand in language and lyricism, and its emotions are impassioned. It is a good material for first-year students to receive poetry education and appreciate the art of new poetry, and it is also a good subject for them to receive patriotic education and strengthen patriotic enthusiasm.
arousing students' emotions is the first condition for a good lesson, and guiding students to grasp the main part of the lyrics as a whole is the key to a deeper understanding of the text. Students have a certain understanding of the background of this poem, and also have simple patriotic feelings. Teachers should try to stimulate and strengthen this feeling. I design to use the power of music in class to impress students' hearts by directly appealing to auditory music, and to repeatedly appreciate the surging national feelings in the lyrics by reading aloud with music in an appropriate musical background, and then make a train of thought analysis on the second verse. Generally speaking, my idea of designing this course is to give priority to reading, but to explain more, only to add a little, and to believe in students' understanding and perception ability.
Teaching class: one class
Teaching and learning process:
First, introduce new lessons:
Play The Yellow River Cantata's music and print the picture of the Yellow River on the big screen. While playing the music, the teacher made the following explanation: The Yellow River Basin is the birthplace of Chinese civilization, which has nurtured the ancient culture of 5, years and nurtured the people on both sides of the basin. The Yellow River is surging with great momentum, and it has a long history and nine twists and turns, as if symbolizing the ups and downs of our Chinese nation. Everyone who sees it will be moved by it. During his stay in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, Chinese poets marched with the anti-Japanese soldiers to the banks of the Yellow River. Seeing this wonder, they were deeply moved, so they wrote a heroic ode to the Yellow River mother. Today, we will study this poem together, not only to understand its connotation, but also to learn to recite it, and to praise our great mother, the Yellow River, enthusiastically like poets! The Yellow River Cantata, a large-scale group poem praising the mother of the Yellow River, consists of eight movements, which became popular all over the country after being composed by Xian Xinghai: Yellow River Boatman Song, Ode to the Yellow River, how the Yellow River's waters move out of heaven, Yellow River Counterpart Song, Yellow River Ballad, Yellow River Complaint, Defend the Yellow River, Roar, Yellow River (audio: Yellow River Boatman Song, Yellow River).

Pay attention to the stress of the key words "lift", "rush" and "split" in the next four clauses, and the more you read them, the more passionate they should be, showing the momentum of the Yellow River.
(3) The three "Ah" should be read deeply, with a slightly prolonged voice, and the "Yellow River" should be read high, indicating that it is singing praises.

In September 1938, the poet Guangweiran led the anti-enemy performance team to the Yellow River and Hukou Waterfall. The surging water of the Yellow River set off a great tide in the poet's mind, and he wrote an immortal poem-Ode to the Yellow River. Xian Xinghai, a people's musician, was very excited when he read Ode to the Yellow River, which triggered his creative inspiration. He collaborated with Guangweiran and wrote for six days in a row, completing an epic musical work, The Yellow River Cantata. This group of songs then sang across the river, inspiring Chinese sons and daughters to fight for the dignity of the motherland. The Yellow River Cantata has eight movements, among which Ode to the Yellow River, Huangshui Ballad and Defending the Yellow River are the most widely circulated.
