Students will take the initiative to learn about celebrities' current situation and imitate their words and deeds. We don’t care about the pros and cons of chasing stars, but we can understand a truth from it: as long as the teacher becomes the idol of the students, he will be sought after and loved by the students, and they will take the initiative to comply with the teacher’s requirements. To become the idol of students, teachers must have certain talents. As a music teacher, you do not necessarily have to be a special talent in music, but you must have a comprehensive grasp of professional knowledge and skilled skills. Only in this way can we flexibly control the classroom and carry out other music extracurricular activities. In addition to the professional singing, playing, dancing, conducting and other skills, music teachers must also master composition knowledge, Chinese and foreign music history and important music works, writers and other aspects of music theory, as well as literature, history, aesthetics, geography, philosophy, etc. We should also have some understanding of marginal subject knowledge in education, psychology, sociology and other aspects. Only music teachers who are knowledgeable and able to use it freely in teaching can change the pedantic and sluggish classroom teaching model and arouse students' interest in music. The interest in music learning inspires students' wisdom and cultivates their noble sentiments. Therefore, only by constantly learning and working hard to improve our own quality can we become the idols of students and truly competent in teaching high school music classes.
2. Make clever use of the art of music education and teaching. High school music appreciation classes have a wide range of contents, involving various musical works from ancient and modern times, both at home and abroad. Due to the constraints of experience and knowledge, students are unlikely to be interested in all these contents. They often adopt different learning attitudes towards different music based on their personal interests and hobbies. If you like something, appreciate it with a positive attitude; if you don't like it, show boredom and deal with it with a negative attitude, not listening carefully and not thinking. In this situation, when teaching, I start with the introduction to stimulate students' interest in learning. The so-called introduction is the language used by teachers to introduce new lessons and is the first link in classroom lectures. As the saying goes: "A good beginning is half the battle." For example, when teaching folk songs, before class, I heard students say that folk songs are boring, rustic, and they don’t like to listen to them and have no interest in enjoying them. However, I did a lot of preparation work before class, collecting information and designing methods. At the beginning of class, I played "Song of a Hero" sung by Liu Huan. This song is of great interest to students and most of them can sing it. Then, I played the folk song "Wang Aunt Nailed Crock", and the students started talking about why the two songs were somewhat similar. I asked the students to sight-sing, analyze and compare their similarities and differences, and then explain, " "Song of a Heroic Man" is an evolution and processing of folk songs as the basis of "Aunt Wang's Nailed Cylinder". This shows that folk songs are the source of music creation and are of great significance in music creation. Later, the teacher made a request to enjoy some folk songs with everyone in this class. In this way, the students' interest was aroused and the class went smoothly.
3. Carefully teach how to appreciate music works. It is not enough for music appreciation to just stay at the interest stage. It is also necessary to further deeply understand the connotation of musical works and fully experience the emotions reflected in the works in order to achieve the purpose of appreciation. These are the three stages of music appreciation: intuitive (sensory) appreciation ---- sensory (emotional) appreciation ---- intellectual appreciation. Different genres of music appreciation have different requirements and methods: For song appreciation: Generally, you can use the lyrics to understand the song content more intuitively to achieve the purpose of appreciation. Appreciating some works with deep lyrics or vague meanings requires a certain degree of literary and cultural literacy. To appreciate some ancient, other ethnic, and foreign art songs, operas, arias, and other works, in addition to having a certain musical quality, one must also have an understanding of the historical background, creative motivations, national customs, and composers of the works. Only by fully understanding your personal style can you better understand the content of the work.
Appreciation of instrumental music: For some modern, single-image light music, you can experience the content and mood of the music through your own associations based on the inspiration of the title. For example: He Luting's piano solo "Shepherd Boy Piccolo" etc. To understand large-scale instrumental music, it is generally necessary to understand the historical background and authorship of the work, especially some untitled music; for some large-scale titled musical works, in addition to understanding the historical background, you can also understand it based on the description of the music. Understand and appreciate the work. For example, the violin concerto "Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai" is based on the love story of Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai in Chinese folklore. It draws on the expression techniques of folk instrumental music and summarizes the development sequence of the plot based on the appreciation habits of the Chinese people. . When appreciating, students are required to follow the sequence of the revealed plot: "Caoqiao sworn homage----classmate for three years----****reading***playing----saying goodbye in Changting----forced marriage---- "Party on the balcony - resisting marriage - jumping into a grave - turning into a butterfly" to understand and appreciate the content of the music flexibly.
4. Use multimedia music teaching methods. In teaching, we actively use relevant pictures, slides, videos, and computers to teach, but we must emphasize "listening first, watching supplementally" to deepen students' understanding of the content of the work.
In teaching, we should also pay attention to combining the explanation of music knowledge with the appreciation of music.
Without certain knowledge of music, students cannot well understand the content of music. Teaching music knowledge in isolation will make students feel boring and difficult to remember. Therefore, when appreciating music through multimedia teaching methods, it should be combined with the explanation of music knowledge to achieve twice the result with half the effort. For example: when appreciating instrumental music, you can let students watch some concert performances to guide students to understand the shape and timbre characteristics of the instruments; when appreciating dance music, play the dance performance of the dance music so that students can understand how the actors use their body movements.
