As soon as I entered the campus, I was deeply attracted by the elegant learning environment and good learning atmosphere. Every student is so innocent and lovely. When I first arrived in the class, I was warmly welcomed by the students. I really had an unspeakable sense of happiness. Listening to the instructor's class, every scene, every moment, even a small detail, is so profound to me that it is still fresh in my memory. The instructor is very concerned about me and gives me careful guidance. She should prepare lessons carefully before each teacher lecture, and remind me of the key points, characteristics and points needing attention in her class before class. What kind of language should I use to speak to students? If I communicate with students, I really cover everything, and I really learn a lot.
After the internship, the instructor asked me to stand on the platform and face the whole class. I've always been nervous. It was not until I stepped onto the podium that I found that everything was not as terrible as I thought. It is a little difficult but complete and unforgettable process from bowing one's head to communicating with students confidently and freely. Just like a flower, it is a beautiful process from budding to just blooming. Students are very cooperative with my work. They listen to me carefully in class, sing carefully and answer my questions actively. As a newcomer, it really touched me.
However, at such a rebellious age, it is inevitable that some children don't like obedience. For such students, as a faculty member, it is not allowed to use violence or excessive language to achieve the purpose of education. It may be counterproductive, and the consequences are unimaginable. In such a legal society, everyone has rights and interests, and students are no exception. If students' interests are not respected, they will use their rights to protect their own interests, which will be counterproductive to teachers. Therefore, if you don't respect students and treat them well, you will destroy yourself. However, there is always a limit to being kind. For such a naughty child, we should also prescribe the right medicine. Most importantly, you can't give them up easily.
I'm in Grade One. These children, who have just started junior high school, still stand on the tail of childhood and coquetry their parents. But in front of everyone, I think I am an innocent angel of adults. They can't restrain their excitement, changeable thoughts and their desire to speak during class. Therefore, it is expected to maintain discipline in class. I like to suppress their excitement with some reasons that seem more human. Occasionally, I will choose some short stories that contain truth to guide them. In this way, there will be a good start, and the whole class will have a good effect.
In terms of lectures, I chose the appreciation class, which allows students to absorb what they should know through visual means such as audio-visual, singing and so on in a short time. Also grasping the age characteristics of children, I chose to start with cartoons. Because cartoons have always been loved by children. Some foreign animations were very popular when I was young, and they are still popular today. It shows that they are really classic, but such classic cartoons are just funny dramas without language dialogue in the eyes of children now, which is really chilling and should be reflected. Confucius said, "A threesome requires a teacher." I think it's more than that. Even an animated film should have something to learn. After repeated thinking and consideration, I found a breakthrough point, that is, citing the fragments of western classical music used in cartoons, and letting students know some great musicians in western classical period and their related knowledge through expansion. In fact, only one piece of music can make people gain knowledge in many ways. For example, the knowledge of musical form allows students to understand the frame structure of the music; For example, composition knowledge, tell students simple composition techniques, and let students try to write their own melodies; For example, the knowledge of orchestration allows students to know the instruments in the orchestra, their sound characteristics and voice arrangement, so that when they appreciate orchestral music again, they will not be blind, and they will have more updated and deeper understanding and understanding with a little hint. But the most direct knowledge is the history of western music, which is easy to understand and easy for students to accept and master.
According to the survey, 8% students don't like the content of music books, 15% students only like individual chapters, and 5% students have no attitude. If we can't change the big environment, then we have to change the status quo by changing our own ways, which requires better communication with students, more thinking and exploration of new teaching methods and flexible use of expanded external knowledge materials.
The internship life passed quickly, and I left the internship unit with a little sadness and disappointment. During my internship, I forged a deep friendship with the instructor and students. I hope my tutors will work well and the first batch of students in my life will be successful in their studies. Of course, in this internship, I still have many unsatisfactory things to do.
