In 1973, he was admitted to the Music Department of Inner Mongolia Normal University He studied clarinet, composition, and music theory; graduated from the academy in 1976, and was later assigned to work in the Bameng Song and Dance Ensemble. He once served as a band player, composer, orchestrator, band conductor, deputy business leader, and leader.

In 1992, he was transferred to the Inner Mongolia Errentai Art Troupe and has served as secretary, deputy leader, leader and general branch secretary until now. During this period, he served as a clerk in the Literary and Art Section of the Propaganda Department of the Bam League and the Art Department of the Inner Mongolia Department of Culture.

I have been engaged in literary and artistic work for thirty years. I have grown from an ordinary performer to the administrative leader of a literary and art group (currently the person who has served the longest time in the cultural system of the autonomous region). I have been working quietly for the literary and artistic undertakings of the autonomous region. , selfless dedication. From 1999 to 2000, he was named the annual outstanding party member of the cultural system directly under the autonomous region. I have been engaged in literary and artistic work for more than 30 years and have never stopped creating art. My main business achievements are as follows:

1. Since 1978, I have served as the orchestra conductor of the Bameng Song and Dance Ensemble and orchestrator of various music. He has orchestrated hundreds of orchestral music, operas, dance music, choruses, solos, etc., and has long-term training for the band, cultivating a group of business backbones for the Bameng Song and Dance Troupe (see certification materials from the Bameng Culture and Sports Department).

2. Served as the recording, orchestration and conductor of the Inner Mongolia TV Spring Festival Gala in 1987 and 1988, and served as the conductor of important performance bands many times.

3. In 2001, he presided over the publication and recording of the tape "Selected Songs of Duo Rentai", and served as orchestrator and conductor, which received high praise from all walks of life.

4. The group songs "Golden Hetao" and "Spring, Spring" composed in 1986 won the Bameng New Song Creation Excellence Award (no first, second and third prizes).

5. "Eji·I Can't Forget You" composed in 2001 won the Outstanding Song Award in the "Mother's Song" collection activity of the China Women's Development Foundation and the Chinese Musicians Association Creation Committee.

6. "Yulong Love" composed in 2000 won the Outstanding Song Award in the "Sino-Foreign Construction Three Gorges Cup" New Century Workers' Song Collection organized by the ACFTU, China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Central People's Broadcasting Station, and China Musicians Association. .

7. In 1995, "Song of the Green Messenger", a collaboration with Wen Yongding, won the gold medal in the competition for new Chinese workers' songs organized by the China Musicians Association, Music Association Newspaper, Jiangsu TV Station, and Jiangsu Radio Station.

8. "Shangougou Pretty Girl" created in 1995 (cooperated with Wen Yongding) won the district's second "Grassland Golden Autumn" Outstanding New Work Award.

9. In 2004, the music part of the short play "Breaking Arrows to Educate Children" co-created with Zhao Dehou won the Outstanding Music Design Award at the 3rd China Small Play Art Festival.

10. In 2004, the short play "Another Village" co-created with Zhao Dehou won the first prize for music creation in the 10th "Cao Yu Drama Award for Sketch and Short Play Award".

11. In 2006, the music part of "Love in a Boat" co-created with Zhao Dehou won the Best Recommended Play Award at the 4th China Small Drama Festival.

12. In 2003, the music part of "The Winding Road in the Green Mountains" co-created with Zhao Dehou won the first prize for music composition in the 2nd China Small Opera Art Festival.

13. In 2006, he presided over the recording of a five-disc set of "Selected Classical Songs of Duo Rentai", which has been published and released.
