Can you sit still and stay in the abdomen?
Different techniques and laws are different, but they are all aimed at people who have cultivated to a certain extent.

Beginners, you can stay in the middle and lower abdomen, but don't stay in the abdomen, especially those who are self-taught.

It is the easiest to defend the middle abdomen, but it paves the way for the lower abdomen, which is the most powerful abdomen. Defend the lower abdomen. As the strength of the abdomen increases, it will automatically pass through the governor and eventually connect with the abdomen.

After passing the Jade Pillow Pass in the back of the head, the Du meridian was opened when we reached the Upper Dantian, and we continued to guard the Lower Dantian, and the Qi continuously gathered in the Upper Dantian, and automatically descended along the Ren meridian, finally connecting the Middle Dantian and opening the Ren Du meridian.

As for the feeling, don't worry about it. It varies from person to person if you feel normal or not, so don't pursue feeling. In addition, according to my teacher's understanding, not feeling is better than feeling, because the meridians are not smooth, the true qi will get through when it is moving, and there will be feeling, which is the so-called eight touches. No feeling can show that your meridians are relatively smooth.

It can be said that the abdomen is the engine and the source of power for the whole body to run with qi. If you leave the abdomen and guard other positions, the qi will become passive water. I don't feel anything when I go down to the abdomen. Don't doubt it. Go on. Practicing is inherently boring (for people with insufficient skills). We must guard against arrogance and rashness, not to mention trying hard, and try hard to keep it.

the du meridian has three levels, from bottom to top, namely, Tail Pass, Jiaji Pass, and Jade Pillow Pass. When you keep the true qi in the abdomen to a certain extent, you will automatically go through the du meridian (someone will take the pulse) and hit the Du meridian. Generally, it is better to go through it with the tail, but some people may not notice it. Basically, everyone will feel it, usually with a tight back and a painful shoulder. I was so angry that my neck felt very high, I felt a thick circle, and my back was also very high. If you practice to a certain extent, the iron-walled jade pillow will also break through. At this time, different people have different feelings, so I won't say it. You can feel it by yourself when you practice. It is important to pay attention to, don't guide the true qi with consciousness in the process of getting through the Du meridian, otherwise the consequences will be very serious! As long as you honestly guard your next abdomen.

When the Du meridian is connected, it is natural to open the Ren meridian. The connection point of the Ren meridian is your tongue, which is the reason why practitioners are required to put their tongues on the upper jaw. It is impossible to connect the Ren meridian without putting their tongues on the upper jaw! The feeling that the true qi enters Ren meridian through the tongue is even less, because there is basically no feeling here near your sternum, which is called the twelfth floor.

Since then, the three dantian fields have been connected. As long as we continue to keep the next dantian field and continuously increase the amount of qi, when the next dantian field is full of qi, it will generally be hot and bloated, and at the same time, there will be qi to supplement the upper two dantian fields. When the three dantian fields are full of qi, there will be a state of integration of the three fields (well, this is another story, it is useless to say more).
