The most beautiful places in Jinan are the southern mountainous area, Red Leaf Valley, and Nine Tops Pagoda. Take your children to Jinan Wildlife World, and scenic spots in the city include Daming Lake, Baotu Spring, Qianfo Mountain, etc. If you are short of time, I especially recommend you to go to Qianfo Mountain. Qianfo Mountain

Qianfo Mountain It is located in the south east of Jinan City, close to the city center. Thousand Buddha Mountain is an undulating mountain with dense forests and an altitude of 285 meters. The scenery of Qianfo Mountain is very beautiful. It not only has charming water scenery and primitive broad-leaved forests and other ecological landscapes, but also has many places of interest. From east to west on this cliff are Longquan Cave, Jile Cave, Qianlou Cave and Luzu Cave. To the east of Guochan Temple is Lishan Temple, where there are Shun Temple, Luban Temple, Yilan Pavilion, etc. There is also the Ten Thousand Buddhas Cave in Qianfo Mountain, which integrates the four major grottoes in China. 1. Thousand Buddha Cliff

Thousand Buddha Cliff is located on the south side of the Zen Temple. It is an early statue group in Jinan City and is of great value for the study of Buddhism in the Sui Dynasty of China. On the cliff, there are Buddhist statues carved from the seventh year of Emperor Kaihuang's reign (587) to the fifteenth year of Emperor Kaihuang's reign (595) in the Sui Dynasty. There are more than 130 Buddha statues in 9 caves. Jile Cave is the main cave of the statue group. In the middle, Amitabha Buddha sits cross-legged in meditation, 3 meters high, with Buddha's light behind him. The Mahasthamaprapta Bodhisattva on the right side and the Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva on the left side stand. They are nearly 3 meters high and were carved in the 11th year of Emperor Kaihuang's reign (591). The other caves are scattered on the stone walls outside the cave.

2. Guanyin Garden

The Guanyin Garden in Qianfo Mountain is dedicated to Guanyin in white. She is 15 meters tall and stands in the center of the pool. She is kind and approachable. Around the pool are various incarnations of Avalokitesvara, including 26 incarnations of Avalokitesvara, Avalokitesvara, Guanyin, Crossing the Sea, and Willow Avalokitesvara. On the west side of the statue of Guanyin in white is the Guanyin Hall, with connected pavilions and corridors, which is antique and charming.
