1. You don’t need to be ashamed. Being the leader of a band is not necessarily about having the best technique or singing voice, but whether you can lead everyone to make the band a good job. This is the most important thing for a leader.

2. To learn anything well, there must be a certain amount of effort. The music field you are currently involved in may only be playing. This does not require too much knowledge of music theory, and a good sense of music can make up for it. But if you want to be able to write songs, arrange chords, write harmony, arrange songs and other creative fields, then if you learn music theory knowledge well, it will become twice the result with half the effort, especially the harmony aspect, but you must learn harmony well, the front is boring. Basic knowledge is necessary, so if you are afraid of being bored and feeling useless, then there is no need to learn it. Note: Music theory knowledge is useful. You think it is useless because you don’t have enough depth now.

3. By singing, do you mean singing the melody or the accompaniment? To listen to songs, you need to be able to listen. This depends on talent and accumulation. This cannot be learned.
