The origin of the Great Compassion Mantra

Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva said to the Buddha: World Honored One, if all living beings recite and uphold the Great Compassion Mantra and fall into the three evil paths, I swear that they will not achieve enlightenment. If the Great Compassion Mantra is not reborn in the Buddha Lands, I swear that I will not be able to achieve enlightenment; if I recite and recite the Great Compassion Mantra, I will not be able to achieve enlightenment without limitless samadhi eloquence; if I recite and recite the Great Compassion Mantra, I will fulfill all my desires in this life. , if the results are not achieved, one cannot become a Great Compassion Dharani; only the unwholesomeness and lack of sincerity can be eliminated. Even after saying these words, he stood upright with his palms clasped in front of the assembly, arousing great compassion for all sentient beings, and with a smile on his face, he said such wonderful verses of the vast, perfect, and unhindered Great Compassion Dharani.
