The method is as follows:

1. Click "Settings" in the upper right corner of Taobao's "My Taobao" page.

2. Enter the "Settings" display page, scroll down, and click "General".

3. On the last page, find the switch next to "Built-in Sound Effects" and click to turn it off. Taobao will not prevent music from playing at the same time.
