The elevator voice pronunciation device is a speaker, which is installed on the back side of the guard plate in the car. It is the back side of the metal plate with the floor selection button in the elevator. There are volume knobs and dials on the speaker. You can lower the volume or turn the dial to cancel this function.

You can also cancel the elevator voice function from the main board and change the parameters.
