Three platforms: (1) School Window Platform: A school window platform is established on the education network platform, and the school website is stored on the server of the education network center for free, and displayed to the outside world through the school window platform enjoyed by * * *. (2) Electronic platform for sending and receiving documents: The whole city uses an electronic platform for sending and receiving documents on the education network, which does not require any further investment from counties (cities, districts). In 26, the education department of the whole city realized electronic sending and receiving of documents. It greatly saves office expenses and improves work efficiency. (3) Education Collaborative Office System (oa), which is built on the basis of Yulin Education Information Network to realize paperless office of the city's education system.

3. two libraries: (1) education and teaching resource library: establish an education and teaching resource center for the intranet free of charge on the education network platform. At present, there are nearly 1T resources, including those purchased from the Central Audio-visual Education Center and those produced locally. 4. Four systems: (1) Video live broadcast system: A video studio is set up in the network center for expert lectures, teacher training and open class lectures, which are broadcast live to users of various education networks through the education network. (4) Yulin primary and secondary school education equipment management system: opened in December 25, and conducted online education equipment statistics for counties (cities, districts) audio-visual education stations and primary and secondary schools.

5. One base: Yulin Youth Science Education Base. Using network technology, taking Yulin Education Information Network as the carrier, we will develop a network platform for popular science education for teenagers in Yulin, and form a new base for popular science education for teenagers in Yulin.
