1. Bullet speed can be divided into two aspects, one is innate talent, and the other is acquired training.
Training methods:
1 .With your feet shoulder-width apart, use your toes to push down as hard as you can (don’t jump up) and do about 50 times
2. Keep your feet together, push down with your toes and try to get as low as possible as quickly as possible Jump (generally no more than 20-30cm, about 100)
3. Squat, take off slowly for the first time, jump quickly for the second time...and so on, even numbers are slow, odd numbers are fast .(It is advisable to do 30 times at a time)
4. Hold a book between your feet and jump quickly. (50 times)
You can do 3-5 rounds of the above in one day. 1 -2 months to see results.
2. Pull the ligament.
Ankle first, sit down, put your left foot on the knee of your right leg, hold your left ankle with both hands and move for two eight beats. Then, maintain the posture, hold your knees with one hand and press down, and do two eight beats back and forth. Then keep the posture and put down the left leg, then press the right leg, trying to put the belly against the leg. Four eight beats. Switch feet, same thing. Then the legs. Stretch your legs flat and press your body downwards. The requirements are the same as above.
