It was formed on December 1, 2008. The members are Kaichi Kotani, Tomomi Nagai, MOTO, and Ken Iwamoto.

w-inds. A HIPHOP dance and singing group composed of three teenagers, Keita Tachibana, the lead singer, and Ryohei Chiba, Ryuichi Ogata, who are responsible for chorus and dance, who were only 15 years old on average when they debuted. They started out at Vision Factory, which once trained the famous singer Namie Amuro, and their senior brother is DA PUMP, a popular Japanese dance group. w-inds.'s live performance level is absolutely top-notch. During its two-year overseas tour in Taiwan in 2004 and 2005, it set an astonishing record of selling out all the concert tickets in just 23 minutes.
