Yichang Shahe Park Music Fountain Time:

Yichang Shahe Park Music Fountain is opened once a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with no less than one hour (19: -2: ) each time.

On Saturday and Sunday, the fountain is opened twice a day, each time for at least one hour (14: -15: and 19: -2: ).

The holiday fountain is opened twice a day, each time for at least 1 hour (14: -15: and 19: -2: ).

In case of any of the following circumstances, the opening will be suspended:

1. On the opening day, the weather bureau will broadcast rainy days (more than 5% probability);

2. On the opening day, the Meteorological Bureau broadcasts northwest wind level 4 or above;

3, music fountain facilities, equipment failure or maintenance (inspection) repair;

4. The water level exceeds the designed maximum water level of the fountain;

5. In case of other conditions that affect the normal opening of the fountain, such as safety.

The Three Gorges Dam is located in Sandouping Town, Yichang County, 4 kilometers below Gezhouba. The whole project consists of the Lancang Dam, the hydropower plant and the navigation lock. The Lancang Dam is built on Zhongbao Island.
