The essence of music education is a kind of education. Music teaching activities enable students to experience, understand and love the beauty and rich emotions in music through appreciation, performance, creation of music and other aesthetic activities. Rodin said: "It is emotion." What music is best at is expressing and stimulating people's emotions. It can play an irreplaceable role in improving human wisdom and personality that cannot be replaced by other disciplines. Since aesthetic education plays a decisive role in quality education, as a music teacher, we should also pay attention to aesthetic education in music education, so that students can master the basic knowledge of aesthetics, cultivate students' correct aesthetic views and ability to feel beauty, and thus their own action.

2 The role of aesthetic education in quality education
