1. Add videos (pictures).

To edit video files, you must first have materials, and videos (pictures) are the most basic materials. Materials must be imported into the timeline before they can be edited. There are two main ways to import materials:

One is to import into the material library. You can click the "Media" icon in the upper right window---"Import Media Files" icon---and then find the material file-- -Click on the file, then click to open. A small icon of the material file will appear on the material library window. Click on the file icon and drag it to the video track to edit it.

The second is to directly import the video track. The method is to right-click on the video track, select Insert video or picture in the dialog box, find the material file, click and open it, and the video file will be directly added to the video track.

(Simple editing: After importing the video into the video track, use the scissors tool under the preview window to trim the video. After cutting the two ends of the unwanted video, right-click on it - in the menu that appears Click "Delete", and other videos will be automatically and seamlessly linked on the timeline).

2. Add music:

In addition to the sound of the original file, you can choose to insert music and songs according to your own creative intentions. Method:

Right-click on the music track - select Add Music to Music Track, find the music file, click and open it, and the music file will be added to the music track.

Click the "Music" icon in the upper right window, then click the button of the file package icon, find the music file and click to open it. At this time, the music will be imported into the music material library. When using it, drag the music file directly to the music track. Just go up.

3. Add subtitles

A title is usually added at the beginning of the video. Sometimes dialogue, explanation, etc. are also needed in the middle. There are also subtitles at the end. Production method:

Click on the place you want to add, and then click "Title" in the upper right window. "Enter title here" will appear on the preview window. At this time, double-click on the preview window, and an edit box will appear, and you can enter text. . In the upper right window, there are options such as font size, font, color, etc. that can be selected. You can also click Properties - Animation with the subtitles selected to set the entry and exit and activity modes of the subtitles. You can also drag the title in the title library directly to the title track, double-click it in the preview window, enter your own text, etc.

4. Add transitions:

Direct connection between photos or videos will be awkward, but adding transition effects will give you a good feeling. Method:

Click the "Transition" icon in the upper right window, press and drag the selected "Transition" from the window to between the photos, and it will be OK. You can also click the "Apply random effect to video track" icon in the upper right window, which will be added automatically. To select and automatically add, you can click the "Apply current effect to video track" icon in the upper right window. At this time, the transition you selected will be automatically added.

5. Create video files:

The editing is completed in the editing window. It is just a VSP project file and can only be played in VideoStudio. To play in other players, you have to create a video file. Method:

Click Share--Create Video File---Select a format from the displayed dialog box and click--Select the save location and file. Name--click save--render OK.
