The School of Continuing Education of Shenyang Conservatory of Music originated from the Night University opened in 1975. In 1998, the Social Education Center (Adult Education College) was established and renamed the Continuing Education College. After the internal organization adjustment of Shenyang Conservatory of Music, the Continuing Education College and the Social Education Center were established, responsible for adult academic education and non-academic education. Registration conditions:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China.

2. Practitioners and other social personnel other than students in various high and secondary schools with nationally recognized academic qualifications.

Candidates applying for junior college to bachelor degree must have obtained junior college graduation certificate, undergraduate completion certificate or above issued by national education series of colleges and universities and higher education self-study examination institutions approved by the Ministry of Education. Candidates whose academic qualifications have not passed verification cannot be confirmed on site.

5. Candidates applying for higher education should have graduated from a senior secondary education school (including previous graduates) or have equivalent academic qualifications.

6. Foreign language is limited to English.

1. Junior college to undergraduate: Politics, English, introduction to art

2. Junior college to undergraduate: Chinese, English, mathematics, history and geography comprehensive or Comprehensive Physics and Chemistry
