3. Imagine that the water town in the south of the Yangtze River is misty and rainy. Under the ancient arch bridge, a boat was parked. We stood at the bow with umbrellas and looked at the weeping willows by the rain, listening to the bells of the ancient temple in the distance, and entered meditation.

4. After a long journey, we came to an oasis, where we saw a grassy field, spring water gurgling, lying on our back, watching the blue sky and white clouds, blowing fragrant air, our thoughts gradually calmed down and slowly entered meditation.

8. Imagine that under the beautiful starry sky, when people are asleep, in loneliness and silence, another mysterious world wakes up, the flowing spring sings louder, the elves on the mountain come and go freely, the air is full of the sound of trees producing, and we slowly enter meditation.
