There are many apps that can turn photos into videos with background music. Take Time Album as an example below.

Step 1: Open the Time Album and follow the steps below: Photo Assistant - Create a new photo movie - Select photos - Click Finish.

Step 2: Enter the photo movie editing interface. Although there are only three templates, they are very interesting with music and motion effects. Click the music symbol in the lower right corner to change the background music.

The third step is to enter the music library and choose the music you like.

Step 4: Click Save/Share in the upper left corner to share to social tools such as WeChat and Moments.
