If you need to practice inner alchemy, what kind of Kung Fu should you use to train your body? masters

The practice of inner alchemy is quite complex and there are many schools. Let me introduce it briefly. Do not try it lightly to avoid going crazy.

Inner alchemy is an important Taoist practice method. Nei alchemy refers to the practice of life and life based on the idea of ??"the unity of heaven and man and the correspondence between heaven and man" of "the human body is a small world". It uses the human body as a cauldron to cultivate "jing, qi, spirit" etc. in the body. Forming elixirs can achieve the purpose of strengthening the body, improving the life functions of the human body, and even "becoming an immortal". "Tao Te Ching", "Wen Zi", "Lieh Tzu", "Zhuang Zi", "Nei Ying", "Xin Shu", "Chu Ci Yuan You" and the works of the Huang-Lao School can be said to be the ancestral classics of all alchemy classics. All alchemy scriptures in later generations are derived from it, and it has always been the outline of inner alchemy. Dan is a single person, Yi is a single person. But there is no right way, so it is called Dan. The sky will be clear, the earth will be peaceful, the grains will be full, and people will live forever.

Wudang Kung Fu combines traditional Chinese medicine theory with internal strength as the core. Pay attention to vomiting, inhaling and guiding, both physical and spiritual. In this way, it can improve metabolism in the body, reconcile yin and yang, and clear pathways to achieve the goals of health, intelligence, and longevity. The inner elixir for health care not only embodies the unique technique of "demonstrating dance with Tao" but also reflects the unique technique of "showing martial arts with Tao". Wudang Kung Fu takes nothingness as its source and stakes as its basis. It moves like a snake and is as quiet as a mountain. The inner alchemy health-preserving technique is a compulsory course among Taoist disciples. Due to historical development and different teacher-instructor relationships. Different systems of the Five Ancestors of the North and South were formed. Although each has its own emphasis on cultivation, its purpose is the same. "Longevity and long-lasting vision" is the common goal of every cultivator. There is a saying in the martial arts world that "if you practice boxing without practicing martial arts, you will lose everything when you get old." This shows the importance of internal strength and health preservation.

There are many ways to practice, including sitting exercises, sleeping exercises, and routine exercises to stimulate internal energy, etc.

Here is a brief introduction to sitting postures. There are three postures of sitting postures: earth plate, human plate and sky plate.

The turf posture is the simplest. Cross your legs (the left calf is on the outside), keep your back straight (Baihui point and Huiyin point should be on the same line), pinch the orchid with both hands and place your fingers on the bend of the legs (side of the knee). The most important thing is: Qi sinks into the Dantian (3 inches below the navel; "qi" is not air, but a thought); count your breaths silently in your mind (count each "breath"), if something goes wrong in the middle (for example, When counting to 27, suddenly counting to 38), start over (starting from 1). The more you count, the deeper your skill becomes. If you can count to 100, it means that your heart has been relaxed a little; if you can count to 1,000, then your heart has been contracted very deeply.

There are some changes in posture between the human disk and the celestial disk, which cannot be explained by words alone. It’s hard to describe sleeping postures using just words. I won’t introduce it for now.

Men's inner alchemy

Overview

The steps of the Qing Jing Gu Xiu Pai alchemy method are generally divided into four stages. The first stage is foundation building, which is called the foundation building stage of Taoism. It is mainly to make up for the loss of physiological functions of the whole body, and at the same time initially open up the paths of Rendu and the three passes, until the qi is clear and the meridians of the whole body are unobstructed, and the essence and qi are full. , Shenwang, preparing for inner elixir magic. The second stage is refining and chemical products, which is called Chuguan Xianju (Hundred Days Pass). This exercise uses Yuan Jing as medicine, including the steps of preparing medicine, collecting medicine, sealing furnace, refining medicine, and stopping fire. It belongs to Xiao Zhou Tian Kung Fu. The third stage is to refine Qi and transform into gods, which is called Zhongguan Immortal Technique (October Pass). This exercise must first go through the transitional steps of entering the circle (called sitting in retreat or retreat in Buddhism) of "seven days of great death", and then "collecting big medicines" and "nurturing the fetus" to enter the inaction-free meditation. The fourth stage is to refine the gods and return them to the void, which is called Shangguan Immortal Technique (Nine Years Pass). It takes about nine years to refine the spirit and return it to the pure state of nature. In the first three years, the spirit transcends the inner courtyard and is nursed and warmed; in the last six years, the spirit is transformed and reborn, until the void is shattered and the spirit merges with the Tao to become an immortal. The lower, middle, and upper levels of immortality each require approximately a hundred days, ten months, and nine years. But it also varies from person to person. Here is a brief description based on the "Shangpin Alchemy Section":

Refining oneself and keeping sincerity

The key is to punish anger and suffocate desire, to be empty and sincere; to eliminate acquired habits, and to be independent. Reveal the innate true body; make the spirit of consciousness abdicate and reveal the original spirit; cut off the worldly ties and hide in the secret. The Dan family cleanses up the body and mind, concentrates and ponders, then returns to the ancestral aperture in the middle palace, nourishes the original aura of oneself, and always needs to be calm. For two or three years, the accumulation of time will make it better, and promote the opening of the mysterious aperture.

Building the Foundation and Cultivating Medicine

The technique is to choose a place to enter the circle, keep the body, mind and body immobile, collect the three treasures of essence, energy and spirit and return them to the middle palace, and be aware of them all the time. . Use the false to cultivate the true spirit, use a hole in the entrance to establish a foundation to store the divine energy, and practice the secret of holding the Yuan and guarding one. If you are proficient in this method, sit down again and forget to look inside, and perform the technique of concentrating your mind into the Qi point. When you are alive, when the Yuanyang is born, you will be full of energy. In the trance, the innate Qi will come from nothingness. The dragon is born in Li and the tiger is born in Kan. When the emptiness is extremely quiet, sink the soul in the lamb's hole. Listen to it breathing and breathing by itself, collect the breath-free Ren Shui (True Yang in Kan), and take it with your true intention. Enter the middle palace and meet the true yin in Lizhong.

Kanli Jiaojing

The technique requires the heart and breath to depend on each other, the body and mind remain still, the spirit condenses, and in the deep silence of the void, you suddenly feel the seabed crawling and light shining through. It looks like the new moon on the third day of the Lunar New Year, or it looks like millet or pearls, shining on the abdomen, which is the first appearance of the golden energy. Then use the true intention to introduce the medicine through the tail, through the Jiaji, through the jade pillow, into the mud pill, travel to the nine palaces, drip from the upper cheek to the magpie bridge, like nectar from the drunkenness, return to the Qi point along the equator, perform the return method, and start with the fetal breath. effort.

Collecting herbs and returning them to the cauldron

In the midst of silence and chaos, the Dan family suddenly heard thunder like cracking silk, the Dantian was hot, and the two kidneys were decoctioned, and the medicine was about to gather. At the bottom of the sea, with the true meaning leading to the end, thunder rumbled through the three passes, and Weng gathered in the Niwan Palace. At this time, the wind is blowing in the Moon Cave, the moon is bright in the Jiang Palace, and a round light emerges between the eyebrows. The medicine unknowingly flows down the magpie bridge and goes down the building. It is as cold as borneol and mint, refreshing the heart and spleen, and is sent back to the earthen cauldron. This is the method of refining the God of Grains and the power of filling up obstacles.

Zhoutian Huohou

The Dan family is responsible for supervising and transporting Xiao Zhoutian to refine medicine. From Zi Shi to Si Shi, Yang Huo enters. There are two hundred and sixteen strategies to do, excluding bathing at Mao Shi. Thirty-six strategies are not used, and one hundred and eighty breaths are implemented. From noon to Hai hour, the yin retreating talisman is used. One hundred and forty-four countermeasures should be used in response to Kun. The twenty-four countermeasures for bathing at You hour are not used, and one hundred and twenty breaths are implemented. Together with the sixty breaths of bathing and the remaining twenty-four breaths, the total is 384 breaths, so the number of breaths per day and week is only a few. The alchemist must adjust the medicine accurately at ordinary times. When refining medicine in the furnace, as long as the mind and breath depend on each other, use it naturally, and do not use it to measure the sand and pursue it deliberately. Xiao Zhoutian succeeded and obtained the jade liquid to restore the elixir, making up for the acquired leakage and returning to his childlike body.

The interplay between heaven and earth

Dan Shi traveled to the full circle of heaven and filled the place of the innate heaven and earth. In the midst of concentration and concentration, he suddenly became inspired. The ethereal spirit is empty and clear, entering the realm where the heaven and the earth are equal, devoid of others and myself, and mixed in the dark. At this time, the innate Qi was restored, condensed into a great medicine, and a little bit fell into the Huangting, and the whole body was soft and smooth. I only felt the round tutu and the bright light, like beads on a jade plate, returning the elixir to the gold liquid exposed alone in the ethereal spirit.

Ten months to raise a fetus

The divine energy is condensed into a holy fetus, also known as a baby. It must wash away the mind and worry, maintain a deep silence, and be constantly awake, like a dragon raising a pearl, or a chicken raising an egg. As the heating continued, the spiritual fetus became stronger day by day. The ten months of raising a fetus is the skill of refining the lamb and transforming into a god during the Great Zhou Dynasty. The fire should be warmed by itself in the furnace, and the whole day should be played in a vacuum. No thoughts can arise, and no thoughts can be dispersed. Only after ten months are like one day can the whole fetus be transformed into a god. The tenth month of pregnancy is a period of meditation. If the Dantian is hot, you can imagine a black ball as big as a bowl between the eyebrows. Take it into the divine chamber and the heat will subside on its own.

Shifting Gods to Changing Ding

Tou Niwan Palace, also known as Tiangu, is the main palace of Yang God. The spiritual fetus is purely an innate condensation of the yang spirit, which is the Dharma body of the human being. In the form of a baby, it must leave its uterus and move from the Xiatian Qi point to the Niwan Palace to perform the exercises of refining one's nature. Yang Shen can transcend the barriers of time and space, penetrate gold and stone, and appear as he pleases. After moving to the Heavenly Valley of the Gods, the alchemist should hold his head high and do nothing, position himself in an upright position, calm it with tranquility, control it with wisdom, and then proceed to enter the sexual power of concentration.

Niwan nourishes kindness

Niwan is the place where the whole body is pure and spiritual. It corresponds to the star of space. To emerge from the mortal world, one must enter the mortal world for training, be still to cultivate wisdom, and move to refine wisdom. The secret of Fa Wei is the word "sincerity". Sincerity in silence makes the spirit self-clarifying, and sincerity in movement makes the nature self-clarifying. There is no ordinary emotion in the world that cannot be left behind, and there is no physical knowledge that cannot be broken. It is the nature that is made clear by sincerity. . At this time, the Dan family is extremely still and vivid, and extremely concentrated brings wisdom, develops the potential of the human body, and obtains great wisdom and great supernatural powers.

Huanxuhedao

The inner alchemy is practiced until the Yang Shen is separated from the body, but it has not yet reached the end. The body is still there, and it is difficult to escape from life and death. After possessing supernatural powers, the alchemist should not be constantly in motion and not be tired of using his wisdom. Instead, he should be in the midst of group activities. He should only embrace the joy of quiet observation and self-satisfaction, just like catching a fish and forgetting about it. Then go one step further, smash the void, forget both truth and illusion, combine the Tao with nature, realize the emptiness of the gods, and cycle together with the heaven and earth, become blurred and boundless, move with the sky, and remain still with the sky, this is the achievement of the immortals.

Double Cultivation Method

The steps of the Pure Elixir Method are recorded in detail and clearly in "The Essentials of Dacheng Jie" and "The Wizard of the Five Willows". The "Shangpin Alchemy Sections" mentioned here can be regarded as the general outline of the alchemy methods of each school, and the general outline of the dual cultivation of life and life

The top level includes methods such as "jin liang, heat, and taking", but they are mixed with too many The acquired methods are mixed and mixed, resulting in bottlenecks that are difficult to break through. The "profound entrance" adopted is usually "in front of the navel and kidneys", and the most successful achievement is a ghost spirit; generally after death, one must be reincarnated or take the body and rebuild it. Everyone has heard and seen the so-called "spiritual children" and "prodigies" This is where it comes from.

The lower grade lists a series of methods such as the so-called "Gua Yao, Jin Liang, Fire, Adoption, Dharma", etc., and places the spiritual pass on the head (the so-called upper Dantian). "Seeking the light of nature; and using the so-called lower Dantian to cultivate life, referring to the "gate of life" as the mysterious door; the future is the main focus, covering all aspects, completely losing the soul of innate inaction, although the initial power seems to be fast, the effect is obvious, and the appearance is bright , thick flesh, but in fact there is no substance inside, let alone spirituality; after establishing the foundation, it is difficult to make progress, so it is mostly a method to cure diseases and protect oneself. The enlightenment it preaches may never be realized. However, this person can be regarded as a leader in the real world of qigong, so most of his pursuers are middle and corporal people who want fame and fortune.

"The Essentials of Great Success": "The Human-Yuan Golden Pill is the art of receiving life, the Earth-Yuan Shendan is the way to take it, and the Tianyuan Great Pill is the overall usefulness of both life and life cultivation." Tianyuan Great Pill Also known as "Tian Yuan Dao", the most representative exercises are such as "Nine Transformations to Return the Pill", or "Golden Pill Dao". Nine turns means nine returns, which coincides with the number nine, nine and eighty-one. Its theory comes from the original open teachings of the three religions, such as the Tao Te Ching, the Heart Sutra of Buddhism, the Confucian University, and the Doctrine of the Mean. This is the true theory of dual cultivation of life and life and the study of life reconstruction, which has been passed down to this day for thousands of years. Its essence is that the Great Way is simple, selfless, and universal for all sentient beings; the Great Way is the way of heaven, and cultivation directly points to the innate inaction, so it can do everything.

This is the supreme and true way, the ultimate art of cultivation. Since we practice it, we must have high aspirations and practice it diligently, and we will surely gain unexpected gains. What's more, the Tao is around you, the master is right in front of you, and the nature of heaven and earth is the best master. Heaven and earth are speechless and inaction, but everything evolves in an orderly and clear way! Those with understanding should understand this truth at this time.

Since ancient times, the classics and Dharma that have been circulated have talked about the Tianyuan Avenue, because only by cultivating the Tianyuan Avenue can we achieve success. Only by obtaining the true method of Tianyuan can one refine the golden elixir. Grandmaster Sanfeng believed: "The saints of the three religions all established their religion based on this way." The nine-turn cultivation method of Tianyuan Avenue, each turn is a step, the highest state: the Great Enlightenment Golden Immortal. The "Great Enlightenment Golden Immortal" is the "Buddha".

The so-called "Buddha" can be cultivated in three years, which is for those very few people who have superior abilities and who are very healthy physically and mentally. The vast majority of people, who are of average or low level, must practice step by step according to the Nine Turns of Power method. In three years, they can refine a foundation-building elixir and become a "human immortal".

The elixir The Dao Zhou Tian Method is the foundation building method started with the Golden Elixir Dao. It is the first six sections of "Nine Transformations to Return the Elixir". It is not made up or innovated by the author. The reason why it is named Alchemy and Zhoutian Method is due to the factors of the new environment and the requirements of the times. The author of this system compiled it based on his own experience. It is a collection of authentic theories from ancient scriptures and precious formulas from previous sages. It focuses on cultivating both life and life, and the main focus is on cultivating the mind. Therefore, it is easy to learn and practice, and it is easy to succeed in "Xiao Zhou Tian" (the first four turns), but " "Jinjin elixir (magic elixir, holy embryo)" is quite difficult and has certain cultivation conditions (fifth and sixth turns). If you don't carry out special retreat practice, most of it will become "qi elixir". Qi elixir only keeps the body healthy, and cannot strengthen the foundation. If you stop practicing, you will be no different from ordinary people. Only by forming the golden elixir, you can achieve the goal of "unblocking all leaks" and achieve the goal of longevity, that is, "obtain" "Tao" realm.

Women's Neidanology

Neidalology has noticed that women are psychologically and physically different from men. Men's outer yang and inner yin are called Li Gua, and women's outer yin and inner yang are called Kan Gua; It is based on essence, and women are based on blood. Therefore, the inner elixir technique starts with foundation-building kung fu and first pass celestial technique. Men and women are different. A woman first refines her body and nature, then refines her essence, changes her temperament with breast fat, cuts off the red dragon (menstruation), and shrinks her breasts like a man's. Then she practices according to the men's exercises. The Dan family advocates that women’s golden elixirs must first nourish the heart and nourish the nature. They should guard the Shanzhong point between the breasts (also known as Ruxi, which is the Qi point of female elixirs), use the method of “Taiyin refining” to refine blood and Qi, and collect the sea of ??blood (uterus). , equivalent to male elixir Xia Tian) Zhong Zhen Qi Shang Tong Qi acupoint Yi Shan Zhong) Refining medicine to complete the first pass of immortality. In the early Guan Xian Shu, men can practice it without leaking semen, and women can practice it without leaking menstruation. The elixir method for men and women must have the word "middle". The elixir family seeks to be "middle" in the life skills that change the physique of men and women, and also seeks to be "middle" in the sexual skills. "Zhong" is the cardinal of Yin and Yang creation. Cao Wenyi's "Song of Lingyuan Daodao" introduces the superior elixir method and Yuanhe internal movement, which can be practiced by both men and women. Women have a feminine body and are more likely to become enlightened than men. As long as the female elixir is cultivated to the point of fetal breath, and the profound entrance is opened, it changes from acquired to innate. Three years and five years can be equal to ten years for men. According to the "Kun Yuan Jing", the steps of female elixir are explained:

(1) Rest and resolve. When a woman sits down, she puts aside all her connections, clears her mind and has few desires, her mind is silent in the sea of ??blood, and her eyes return to the Qi point between her breasts. Hold the breasts with both hands and rub them thirty-six times, inhale slightly for twenty-four times from the sea of ??blood in Shimoda (virgin girls do not need to use the rubbing and sucking method), then still hold the breasts with both hands, and return the light to the Qi point. It is so quiet and natural, until the void is extremely quiet, and the vitality is unknowingly touched, and a wisp of fresh air rises from the blood sea in the Dantian to the Qi point. Reconcentrate your mind to illuminate the Dingqi point, and the energy and internal movement will be relaxed and dispersed throughout the body. Only then can you sit down.

(2) Know the time and refine the form. Women's menstruation comes every month and is divided into Renshui and Guishui. When Ren water arises, Xin comes first, then Gui water arises, and the tide comes. After thirty hours, when the tide is about to stop, Gui pure Ren appears. It is advisable for Dan practitioners to practice the power of transforming Qi and nourishing the body when the letter arrives, and to practice the power of refining the body and harmonizing the Qi when the menstruation stops. After two and a half days of walking, the red dragon is in full swing. Do not rush to collect and refine. It is better to rest peacefully and calmly. The method of transforming Qi and cultivating the body: Calculate in advance the time when the letter will arrive, burn incense and sit quietly, exhale from the Dantian to illuminate the divine room, inhale from the Lamb point and return to the sea of ??blood. After a while, you will feel a wisp of fresh energy rising up to the Qi point, and then re-inhale. Go down to the sea of ??blood, the Dantian generates heat, the blood-transformed Qi activates the Qi of the True One, quickly returns to the light and gathers the Qi at the bottom of the sea, guides it through the tail, passes through the Jiaji and enters the mud ball, penetrates the upper hip again, draws the liquid through the tongue, and swallows Chonglou, transport liquefied Qi to the Qi point between the breasts, and relax and disperse all the meridians throughout the body through the two breasts to nourish the body. When menstruation is about to stop, the true yin suddenly activates again, like a fish sucking water, and it urgently performs the exercises of body and qi according to the previous method.

(3) Kill the dragon and establish its roots. The skill of a woman to kill a dragon is to internally refine the Qi between the Dantian and Qi points, connect with the external Qi, and integrate it into one piece. The body fluid and clear Qi produced in the mouth are swallowed down to the Dantian, and the breath is transported along the pulse to cook. Keeping quiet and observing nature is called the power of refining the body with jade liquid. The second is to illuminate the sea of ??blood with the intention, refine the liquid into Qi, pass through the three passes along the Du Meridian and enter the Niwan, turn it into body fluid and drip it down through the Chonglou into the Qi point. The liquid is cooked in the Qi point and turns into Qi. It circulates through the two breasts throughout the body, which is called Jinye refining. The power of form. The third is to believe that before the tide arrives, take the Qi from the Blood Sea and enter it into the Qi Point to refine it, which is called the power of Suo Longtou. Fourth, when Gui is about to die for a thousand lifetimes, the Qi of the Sea of ??Refined Blood passes through the Wei Jian Du Meridian and descends to the Qi Point, relaxing the whole body, which is called the power of catching the tiger's tail. In this way, after two years for a strong person and three years for a weak person, the menstrual blood changes from red to yellow to white, the red dragon is cut off, the nipples shrink like a man's, and the Danji begins to stand.

(4) Take crude drugs. The woman's Dragon-Slaying Technique was adopted later. The technique is to be extremely quiet, concentrate on the Qi point, raise the top of the head backwards to enter the fire, and enter the fire to take it; lower the abdomen to retreat the talisman, and retreat the talisman to cook.

First, the qi of the heart and kidneys is collected to refine the external medicine that promotes growth; then the external medicine is collected to refine the internal medicine that induces growth; finally, the internal medicine is refined to produce the great medicine. Danshi feels that the Dantian is warm while sitting in meditation, and the Qi of the heart and kidneys is sufficient. He takes it through the tail between the tail, along the Du channel, Ren channel and enters the Qi point, then lowers the Dantian, and processes it every day. Within a year, there will be signs of foreign medicine. As soon as the alchemist realizes that the medicine is invigorating, he takes advantage of its vitality to gather it, go around the river to refine it, and then hides it in the Dantian. He warms and nourishes it for a long time, and the internal medicine will last a lifetime.

(5) Refining knots to restore elixir. When a woman feels that she is pregnant with internal medicine, she must gather it quickly without losing it. Then she can practice the knotting technique. Breathe down the true fire in the heart to nourish it, exhale the true water in the kidneys to warm it, move forward the fire in the child, retreat the talisman in the afternoon, and move the fire in the small circle of the sky, gradually gathering and condensing. When refining, fix the breath and luck to draw lead, use fire to refining the shape to add mercury, use breathing rotation, and carry it with river carts. If the heat is not bad all day long, and the innate medicine is formed into purple gold elixir, then you can move the furnace and replace it with the cauldron. The big medicine passes through the tail of the Niwan along the Du Meridian and is lowered to the Rujianqi point, where it returns to the innate base, which is called Huandan.

(6) Meet the fetal breath. After the elixir is restored, the big medicine is put into the Qi acupoint. First, the heaven and earth are intertwined, and the divine Qi is united. Then, the immortal fetus is nourished with fetal breath, which is the effect of warming and nourishing in ten months. The Dharma guides the Yuan Shen down into the Qi acupoint with the true intention, and the Yuan Qi and the Yuan Qi are wrapped together and unified in the Qi acupoint. The intention guides the breath movement, merges and melts, and forms a bead body. Then, go through the fire of the Great Zhou Dynasty, like a chicken holding an egg, like a dragon raising a pearl, resting and resting in the womb. Then the acquired breath is transformed into the innate breath. The true breath is transformed into the fetal breath, and the fetal breath is used to nourish the fetal spirit. In the great innate concentration, the breath is long and continuous, and it is felt that it exists and ends.

(7) Rest in trance. After a hundred days of great concentration, the true qi of the five internal organs is condensed into the womb with the breath. The potency of the medicine gradually becomes complete within a hundred days, which is the work of the five qi towards the origin. After another hundred days, the breath in the fetus will be eliminated, the Qi will turn into the spirit, the spirit will be stabilized and the yang will be pure, the fetal spirit will be strong, and the power of refining the Qi into the spirit will be complete. After three hundred days of great concentration of the fetal spirit, which is called the completeness of the embryo and the completeness of the spirit, it is also called the concentration of annihilation. At this point, the fetal spirit of the true nature of Taihe Yuanling must be moved from the Qi point to the Niwan Palace. The Yang God has been entangled in the Niwan Palace for several weeks, bursting open the gate of heaven, with three rays of light, lightning and thunder, and the baby is born.

(8) Become an immortal by combining the Tao. When the yang god emerges from its shell and the baby appears, it needs three years of breastfeeding and nine years of absence of yin before it matures. When a baby is young and young, it is afraid that it will get lost and never return. It should be released and taken away at once, gradually letting it go and going further and further, until it comes out and enters in concentration. When the baby matures, it gains great supernatural powers, returns to the void and merges with the Tao, and gradually reaches the realm of immortals.
